This offer is only available at Cambridge, Christchurch, Flat Bush, Gisborne, Hamilton, Hillcrest, Nelson, Palmerston North, Remuera, Rotorua, Takapuna, Taupo, Tauranga, Warkworth and Wellington clinics. Patients must quote clinic name and ‘Flash Sale’ when booking. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or retrospectively. Appointments must fall between within the month of June 2017. If patient reschedules appointment outside of these dates, offer is void. My Kiwi Skin Story Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Any entry not complying with the terms and conditions set out below is invalid.
2. “Competition” (My Kiwi Skin Story) commences 20/06/2017 and closes at midnight 04/07/2017. Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.
3. The “Promoter” (MoleMap New Zealand) accepts no responsibility for any entry that is late, lost, stolen or damaged.
4. A minimum of 5 (five) winners will be chosen among entries from molemap.co.nz/story.
5. Only winners will be contacted by the “Promoter”. Prize winners will be notified via email.
6. By submitting an entry on the competition’s website, entrants will be automatically entered in the competition.
7. Entries are open to people within New Zealand only, no offshore entries will be valid.
8. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The “Promoter” reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter’s satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
9. Entries containing and/or depicting illegal, sexually explicit or morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to win. The “Promoter’s” decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Prize must be taken as offered, is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
11. Prize includes 2 (two) x Full Body MoleMap vouchers.
12. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional and marketing activities.
13. The information submitted is collected and stored by the “Promoter” and may be used by the “Promoter” for further marketing initiatives. Please contact the “Promoter” if you wish to change or correct any personal information.
14. You must own all legal rights to submitted answers. All submitted answers subsequently become the property of MoleMap New Zealand. The entrant will indemnify the “Promoter” against any claim, loss or costs incurred by the “Promoter” where a third party claims ownership of the rights to the answers. The “Promoter” reserves the right to request proof of copy ownership.
15. Entries are limited to one per person.
16. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the control of the “Promoter” which corrupts or affects the administrations, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, then the “Promoter” reserves the right at its sole discretion to postpone, modify, reschedule or cancel the competition, remove any photo from the competition and/or determine the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to that decision being made. The “Promoter” accepts no liability where any such event occurs. Its decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17.The “Promoter’s” failure to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
18. In the event the winner cannot be contacted within five working days, the “Promoter” reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
19. Winners will be chosen at the “Promoter’s” sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into. The “Promoter’s” decision is final.
20. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Upgrade Your Skin Check Appointment Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Participation in this promotion is only open to existing MoleMap New Zealand customers, residents of New Zealand, aged 18 years or over, who have booked a Skin Check service or Skin Check Follow-up between 13 June 2017 and 30 June 2017.
3. Promotion commences on Wednesday 14 June 2017 and closes at midnight NZST on Wednesday 29 June 2017. Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible.
4. Participants in this promotion may submit their offer to upgrade from a Skin Check MoleMap Service to a Full Body MoleMap service at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.
5. The “Promoter” (MoleMap New Zealand) accepts no responsibility for any Skin Check Upgrade offer submitted that is late, lost, stolen or damaged.
6. Skin Check Upgrade offers must be submitted through the form available on the promotion page, which the weblink is available on the promotional email.
7. To be eligible, participants must complete all fields required and submit their Skin Check Upgrade offer on the promotion page, which the weblink is available on the promotional email.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any offer which it believes to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
9. Participants can only make an offer in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of offers and participants (including a participant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who submits an offer that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the submission process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any Skin Check Upgrade offers which it reasonably suspects have been submitted using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information and/or offers that have been submitted through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts, including but not limited to social networking accounts.
11. Incomplete or indecipherable Skin Check Upgrade offers will be deemed invalid.
12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a participant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the participant.
13. Participation in this promotion is limited to one per person.
14. The value of the offer is the additional amount the participant is willing to pay for the upgrade from a Skin Check MoleMap Service to a Full Body MoleMap service.
15. Submission of an offer does not guarantee you will receive a service upgrade.
16. The Promoter will consider and decide whether to accept the participant’s Skin Check Upgrade offer as the offer is received. The Promoter will then notify the participant whether or not the offer was successful via email and/or phone call at least 12 to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment starts.
17. In the event availability is limited, we will notify the participant that the offer may not be reviewed until 6 hours before your scheduled appointment starts.
18. If the Promoter accepts the participant’s Skin Check Upgrade offer, the value of the offer made must be paid for at the time of booking the appointment.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to decide whether or not to accept your Skin Check Upgrade offer at its sole discretion. The criteria used for assessing and considering offers includes (but is not limited to):  the value of the offer, the value of other offers made, the hours available in the clinic on the day of your appointment.
20. Each Skin Check Upgrade offer will be individually analysed based the criteria above as they are received by the Promoter.
21. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The Promoter do not guarantee or represent that your Skin Check Upgrade offer will be accepted and accept no liability to the participant in your appointment if your offer is not accepted.
23. Any ancillary costs associated with accepting the upgrade offer are not included and are the responsibility of the participants.
24. The cost (as per the nominated price) of the MoleMap must be paid for at the time of booking the appointment.
25. Once the participant has been notified that his/hers Skin Check Upgrade offer has been accepted and agrees with the upgrade from the scheduled MoleMap Skin Check to the Full Body MoleMap appointment, the appointment cannot be rescheduled to outside the month of June 2017 nor can be refunded.
26. If a participant whose offer has been accepted by the Promoter requires his/her appointment be rescheduled for any reason, it can only be made within the month of promotion and it may not be possible to make a booking at the time or day chosen by the participant. Even though every attempt will be made to ensure the most appropriate time for participant’s appointment.
27. In the event an unforeseen circumstance causes the Molemap clinic to be closed on the date of the participant’s appointment, the participant will be offered an alternative appointment time within the month of June 2017. MoleMap accepts no liability for any costs that the participant may incur as a result of a closed clinic.
28. If for any reason a participant does not progress with the Skin Check Upgrade even though it was accepted by the Promoter, the offer will be forfeited.
29. The Skin Check Upgrade offer is not transferable or exchangeable.
30. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any participant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
31. Any cost associated with accessing the promotion page online is the participant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
32. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a participant to automatically enter this promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that participant invalid.
33. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a participant; or (f) taking and/or use of an offer.
